Chippewa Valley Fundraising Professionals (CVFRP) strives to enhance the competency and professionalism of our members and thereby advance the cause of philanthropy in west central Wisconsin. We will accomplish our mission by providing high quality opportunities for our members and other professionals through association, education and training opportunities and by acting as stewards of philanthropy.

Library Joins Foundation Center's National Network - News Release
Nonprofit organizations and other grantseekers in the greater ChippewaValley looking for funding sources now have access to a valuable new collection of resources at the L. E. Phillips Memorial Public Library in Eau Claire, which has become a Cooperating Collection of the Foundation Center of New YorkNonprofit.

The folks at Techsoup.org have computer hardware as well as software that is made available to qualifying nonprofit organizations. I have participated in the software donation program in the past and can attest to the acquisition costs being lower than academic discount pricing. It's an interesting arrangement they've made to distribute donated top tier software applications at a basic administrative cost. If your organization needs some technology upgrades, it's worth checking out. I've included my recent newsletter/email for your review.
